1. Crown Positions
• Normal Position 0: Crown fully pushed in – normal running mode.
• Position 1: First pull – quickset for day & date.
• Position 2: Second pull – time setting (hour & minute hands).
2. Winding the Watch
• With crown in Position 0, turn clockwise 20–30 times.
• You will feel resistance as the mainspring is fully wound.
• Do not overwind – modern movements slip, but stop at resistance.
3. Safe Adjustment Zone
• Do not adjust the day/date between 8 PM and 4 AM.
• During this period, the gears are engaged and may be damaged.
• Tip: Always set hands to 6 o’clock before adjusting date/day.
4. Setting Day & Date
• Pull crown to Position 1.
• Rotate one way to adjust date, the other for day of week.
• Set to one day before today’s actual date/day.
• Optional: use a watch winder if not worn daily.
7. Care Tips
• Keep crown pushed in to protect against dust/moisture.
• Avoid shocks, impacts, and magnetic fields.
• Service every 4–5 years for lubrication & gaskets.
• Wipe clean with a soft cloth after use.
