Warranty

Your Turbion Carrera watch contains a limited lifetime warranty for our quartz watches, and a 5 year limited warranty for our automatic watches.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your watch or 5 year period for automatics, but does not cover damages from normal wear and tear. For a list of warranty exclusions, please click here.

In case of defects covered by the warranty, all components, excluding battery, strap, and buckle, will be repaired at no charge. This process can take up to 8 weeks, not including shipping, but you get a completely refurbished watch. If we cannot repair your watch or parts are not available, you can choose to replace your watch at no charge. If your watch style is not available, you can select a watch that is of equal or lesser value. If you want to replace your watch with one that is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in retail price.

We know that life sometimes happens. For damages that are not covered by the Turbion Carrera lifetime warranty, you can either choose to replace your watch or have it repaired. We charge a fee of $100 if you decide to have your watch repaired. Again, this process can take up to 8 weeks, not including shipping, but you get a completely refurbished watch. If you choose to replace your watch, you will receive a 50% off code upon our receipt of your damaged watch. This one-time code applies to any full price Turbion Carrera watches on our website.

Once we receive your damaged Turbion Carrera watch, our customer service representative will notify you if it's covered under warranty, and instruct you on the next steps. You must send us your watch to receive a replacement or to receive a discount code on a new watch. You will be notified of any charges before Turbion Carrera initiates the repairs. Turbion Carrera will commence such repairs only upon your prior approval and payment of such charges.

WATCH CARE

Water Resistance

All Turbion Carrera watches are designed and tested with a water resistance no more than 5 ATM (50 meters / 164 feet). This ensures safety from perspiration, light rain, bathing, and swimming.

As a precaution, do not expose the watch to depths/pressure greater than what is marked on the dial or case back. Always set the crown in the closed position before contact with water. It is important not to operate the crown position, pushers on a chronograph, or any other buttons when the watch is wet or under water.

If your watch features a screw-down crown, be sure to return it to the closed position before exposing the watch to water. Turbion Carrera will not be responsible for any water damage caused by improper handling of the case, crown, gaskets or crystal.

Strap & Clasp Care

Proper care and maintenance is required in order to optimize performance and longevity of Turbion Carrera watch straps & Clasps. Turbion Carrera watch straps and clasps are not covered under the warranty.

General Care

Using a soft cloth and mild soapy water, gently clean the watch and metal bracelet. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Be sure to secure the crown in the closed position prior to cleaning in order to avoid water damage. Following the exposure to saltwater, simply rinse the watch under tap water and dry with a soft cloth. DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR WATCH TO ANY CHEMICALS AS THEY CAN STAIN THE COATING OF YOUR WATCH.

Battery

The battery life of Turbion Carrera watches ranges from 3 to 5 years depending on the movement type. Frequent use of the chronograph functions may shorten the life of the battery.

Magnetic Field

Turbion Carrera watches are not resistant to strong magnetic fields and should be avoided as they will affect the accuracy of keeping time. The exposure to household items such as televisions, radios, and stereos will not affect the watch.

The Turbion Carrera lifetime warranty does not covered:

  • Any damage that occurs that is not due to a defect in the materials utilized or workmanship of the watch
  • Any intentional damage not consistent with normal watch usage
  • Accidental damage from improper handling, negligence, lack of care, and/or acts of nature
